Your web browser default setting does not have Java enabled. If you will go to Tools, Internet Options, and click on the Advanced Tab, there will be a header for the Microsoft VM (Virtual Machine). If there is not a header for Microsoft VM you may download it for free by going to http://java-virtual-machine.net/download.html.
If you prefer not to use Microsoft's Java interpreter you may select another from links provided on the referenced page, which is the reason this link was selected over other download pages. Once you have installed a Java Virtual Machine check to see that the Java logging enabled box is checked. If you want to you can enable the JIT compiler for VM but this will require a restart of your computer. The JIT compiler makes your web browser read Java faster and there are other versions of JIT compilers available and should be included in the Java Virtual Machine download package you selected. You also have the option to activate the Java console but unless you are wanting to manually select the Java features you view in your browser item by item for each page you view you will not want to enable this feature, which also requires a restart.
